In the current era, Scammers often pretend to be a person you know, or else a company in which you are taking a part of work. There seems to be enhanced growth in spammers in which we can receive a call or email from an individual and most of the companies are facing this issue in leakage with the confidential data of the organization. In order to avoid and kill these scams and threats in the IT environment, there are some sequences below.1.     It is necessary to create awareness among employees of the particular organization, regarding the strange events that going to happen and must be involved in some workshops, which gives an idea that how we should be careful by not falling to prey to the scammers.2.     If there is any of the emails which are coming out of company network, that automatically should take place in others in the inbox, so that we no need to look apart from primary emails, and if an individual is calling up and asking the questions relate to the company infrastructure or any of the personal information, until unless we check with anyone in the organization, if we share the data, it should cause a major loss to the company. Think well before whenever you click on the links if any are present in the email because it might draw in adverse effects. It lets the spammer know that you actually exist when you try to open such links.3.     Moreover, we should cross the company policies in revealing that sensitive information.4.     It is better to hang up the call or not to respond to such third-party calls. Be cautious whenever you get a chance to attend calls from unknown numbers.So, when the things are happening on repeated mode, it’s perfectly better to share the issue with any of the higher authorities in the organization. Mainly the phishing attacks, they seem to be allowable websites which can able to trick the users to reveal their personal information.
