Homework Requirements Literature Review Prompt Background:You have worked so far this quarter to select a topic of research, create an intelligent research question and thesis, and gather research for your topic.You should have also been working to get to know each source that you are planning to use through critical reading. Assignment:For this assignment, you will write a 3-4 page paper that combines your research and your ideas into a conversation that will help your reader to make sense of the knowledge you have collected.This is called a literature review because you are literally reviewing the literature(the published work already done on your topic). When we review, we summarize, synthesize, and respond to the work others have done and show the ways they connect to or support our research topic/question.
